BI blogs/newsletters I like

These are just some of my personal faves. I've tried to keep the list to the individual/personal blogs, the gurus, the enthusiastic amateurs, and the grasssroots, and have left some of the "obvious" corporate ones, like Oracle and Microsoft, deliberately off the list, as they get enough publicity already. Please let me know of any broken/changed links. (Dr. Chris's tip: never ever key "BI" into google search at work - all you get coming up are some "interesting" adult websites.)

BeyeNETWORK - bills itself as "comprehensive resources for business intelligence and data warehousing professionals" (which I suppose justifies finding links to "affordable kitchen remodeling ideas" and "holidays in India" in their "Recent Entries" list).

BlogNotions Business Intelligence Blog delivers a diverse series of perspectives provided by BI thought leaders. Presented by NetLine.

Business Analytics - Timo Elliott's blog (an SAP employee, but this is his personal viewpoint).

Business of Tech - Ann All's BI blog on ITBusinessEdge. She believes "Alignment, staffing and culture are often more critical than software and apps".

Business Intelligence Blog - Pedro from Portugal's blog.

Business Intelligence for Business People - Tom Hudock's blog. Mostly his own reviews, but thoughtful and original.

CoolData - Kevin MacDonnell's blog about analytics and predictive modeling and related stuff for fundraising in higher educaiton.

Dave's Adventures in Business Intelligence - Conferences, dashboard/database techniques, rants, and design, by Dave Rathbun, evidently a business objects guy.

Forrester Blogs - Buisiness Intelligence - a roll-up of Forrester.com blogs written by different authors.

KD Nuggetts - mostly focused on data mining and analytics, and packed with stuff.

MAIA Intelligence - multiple authors from a company specialising in BI reporting and analysis products.

Perceptual Edge - Stephen Few's blog on "Visual Business Intelligence for enlightening analysis and communication".

Strat-Wise - Bill Cabiro's Strategic Analytics blog.

The BI Blog - by Alchemex, a developer, enabler and support-provider of Excel-based BI solutions.

The Business Intelligence Blog - "Slicing Business, Dicing Inteligence" by Guru S Kirthigavasan (mmm, why couldn't I have been born with a first name like that?)

The Business Intelligence Journal (TDWI).
A quarterly journal that focuses on all aspects of unbiased, crucial business intelligence (BI) and data warehousing (DW) knowledge. Its mission is to educate business and IT professionals about the array of technologies and disciplines required to deliver valuable insight to business users and to help organizations operate more intelligently.

Toolbox.com's BI blog - mostly IT/applications-focussed, but has a White Paper library.
